G-Line has outstanding resistance to pressure, much higher than that of conventional convoluted PTFE lined hose. In addition to this, G-Line XF hose flow rates are always significantly higher than convoluted PTFE hose and may allow you to reduce the bore size with the subsequent weight and cost savings.

All sizes of G-Line XF are usable at full vacuum up to 130°C. Above this, the vacuum resistance should be reduced 1% for every degree above 130°C.

The Aramid KEVLAR® braid on the 910-Series hose is by far the strongest material ever been applied on a fluid transfer hose.  Aramid KEVLAR® is 5 times stronger than steel and use widely in ballistic application (buletproof vest and etc).  In racing application, the Aramid KEVLAR® fabric is also Self-Extinguishing and Flame resistance while giving very low conductivity characters.  Making it the ULTIMATE choice when it comes to safety and reliability.

NOTE:  Due to manufacturing limitation, each of the PTFE lined core is only available in 20 feet (240") increment.  At every 20 feet, each hose assembly must be terminated with a hose end and an union may be used to extend the length required.
