All orders placed with Fast-Turbo.com will be shipped within 24-48 hours, with the following exceptions:

• Your items are on back order
• Your item is a special order product, in which case, we will inform you prior to shipping the rest of your order.

All ground orders shipped from our warehouse usually arrive in 4-7 business days. You may receive your order sooner than 4 days depending on your shipping location.

Our shipping cut off is 3 PM (Central Time), we may be able to make a few exception if the our pickup is a bit behind.  We can TRY to do our best to accomdate your needs, if you have an urgent request, please do not hesitate to ask !

ALL orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Standard Shipping: We offer a simple, flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 regardless of your order total. This offer is for ground shipping within the United States.  The normal delivery time with this method is usually 4-7 business days depending on your location.

2 Day Shipping: For Two Day Air Shipping, there will be a $24.95 Flat Rate Shipping Fee.

1 Day Shipping: For One Day Air Shipping, there will be a $39.95 Flat Rate Shipping Fee.*

We ship via ALL major carriers, although we used USPS and FEDEX the most.  We will choose the best option for you, unfortunately customers are not able to specify the carrier of their choice.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For orders outside the United States, please contact us prior to ordering to get accurate quote of your shipping charges.

* Next Day service is not available in all areas, some areas will require two days of transit time for an Overnight Service.  We will inform you after the order is placed if this is your case.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of our products come standard with a 30 day guarantee against defect or malfunction. Any items returned under this guarantee must be returned back to Fast Turbo for inspection at the customer's expense for shipping within 30 days of delivery. After the item has been returned, you may opt for a refund or exchange, subject to the manufacturer's terms.

At any time within the 30 day return period, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may also return your product to Fast Turbo for a store credit. All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Before returning any product(s) to Fast Turbo, you will need to log in to your account to send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request.  Click on "Completed Orders" and click on "Return Item(s)".  Once we receive your request, we will email you the RMA number within 2 business days.  The RMA number will valid for 20 days from the date of issuance.

Please follow these instructions when shipping items to Fast Turbo:

1. All product(s) must be in original packaging and in good condition.
2. All product(s) must not show any signs of wear, usage or improper handling.
3. The RMA number is to be written on the outside of the shipping box.
4. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Absolutely no return or exchange on special order parts, electronic parts or installed parts.
