The 39mm Precision Turbo PW39 external wastegate features the following:

The PTE PW39 external wastegate is designed to be a direct fit replacement for other units on the market and is compatible with most aftermarket manual or electronic boost controllers for ease of use.  The PW39 uses the standard 35/38mm 2 bolt flange configuration.
